Breakfast in a jar with dried sea buckthorn or jam and yogurt is a natural and healthy breakfast that will give you a tasty start to your morning.
For Breakfast in a jar – you will need:
• 20 g dried sea buckthorn OR 1 Tblsp of Sea Buckthorn Jam or Marmalade(or to taste)
• 50 g of flakes(cereal of choice)
• 100 g of natural yogurt
• 1 Mango
• 1 Kiwi
• 1 teaspoon of honey
Preparation:
1. Peel the mango and kiwi
2. Now we need a blender. Put the kiwi, mango and 1 teaspoon of honey in a blender bowl and mix the ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour the flakes and dried sea buckthorn or jam into the bottom of the jar.
4. Pour natural yogurt on top.
5. Then add the remaining fruit puree with honey.
6. Your delicious breakfast is ready!
