Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil

Our Sea Buckthorn Oil is extracted by cold pressing, from the fleshy pulp of the orange berries of Hippophae Rhamnoides. These berries are said to be the single highest vegetal source of Vitamin C, Vitamin E, unsaturated fatty acids and essential amino acids, along with beta-carotene, which gives them their bright color. Sea Buckthorn Fruit Oil is a dark red or orange-red color, and has a thick consistency. See the photos. (it is liquid at room temperature, but becomes much thicker if refrigerated) The fruit oil offers an array of fantastic skin benefits.

Sea Buckthorn Oil can be applied directly to the skin or included within skin care preparations. Start with a little – it goes a long way. The oil will penetrate into the skin, but any access may leave its residue on your pillowcase. Wash on a normal cycle to remove.
