Shipping Policy

1. Local Pick-Up Available at McDonald’s Parking Lot,10432 Hwy 7 #20, Carleton Place, ON K7C 0C4. Day & Time arranged through email, with A Bunch of Whimsy and/or Vendor.
2. Shipping in Canada, tracking with Clickship and Canada Post (if address is a P.O.Box).
3. Shipping outside Canada, tracking with Clickship. All tariffs or fees are responsibility of customer.
4. We may take a 24-48 hours to pack order, after payment has been processed. Some items may take longer depending on special requests, commissions or if waiting for items from other locations.
5. We cannot guarantee the exact date of delivery.
